Director and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Koichi Seri is a graduate of The University of Tokyo, B.E. Metallurgy and alumnus of Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program. Prior to joining Toho Zinc in October 2023, he fulfilled various senior management roles in Mitsubishi Corporation. He has more than 30 years engagements in the Australian mining industry.

RYUHEI ARIMOTO

Director

Ryuhei Arimoto is a graduate of Keio University, Tokyo and has worked in Tokyo, Hong Kong and Australia with Mitsubishi Corporation. Mr Arimoto joined Toho Zinc Co,. Ltd. in April 2019 as General Manager, Mineral Resources Business Division and was the Chief Executive Officer of CBH Resources Limited between June 2019 and January 2024.

TAKEMASA NIKI

Director

Takemasa Niki, CFO of Toho Zinc Co., Ltd., has an Undergraduate from Keio University, Japan. Mr. Niki had a 33 year banking career at Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, including nine years in London and New York, before joining Toho Zinc CO., Ltd. as Executive Director of Treasury & Accounting in 2022.

JAMES DUNSTAN

Director and Company Secretary

James Dunstan is a member of the Association of Charted Certified Accountants and the Governance Institute of Australia. Mr Dunstan joined CBH Resources in 2006 and became the Company Secretary in 2010 and a Director in 2022.
