Director and Chief Executive Officer

Toshio Shimamura is a graduate of Tokyo University, Faculty of Engineering (Mining) and has worked in Australia and Canada with Mitsubishi Corporation. Mr Shimamura joined Toho Zinc Co,. Ltd. in 2010 and is currently a Senior Executive Officer.


Director & Chief Operating Officer

Visko Sulicich is a mining engineer with over 30 years experience in the resource industry covering operational and management roles  with CRA, Pasminco and Perilya. Mr Sulicich joined CBH Resources Limited in 2006 and was appointed as a director in August 2011.



Lewis Marks has more than 20 years of worldwide experience of the base metals industry with specialist knowledge in metal marketing. Mr Marks holds a Bachelor of Science Foreign Service from Georgetown University and is a Juris Doctor from the State University of New York at Buffalo NY and is licensed to practice law in the state of New York. Mr. Marks is an advisor to Toho Zinc with extensive involvement in the base metal marketing and smelting industries of Asia. He was formerly employed by Glencore International based in Tokyo, Hong Kong and Beijing where he was responsible for marketing/sourcing zinc, lead and copper in the Far East.



Masaaki Yamagishi is a Director and CFO of Toho Zinc Co., Ltd., has an Undergraduate from Hitotsubashi University, Japan and a Masters from Purdue University at the State of Indiana, U.S.A. Mr. Yamagishi had a 31 year banking career at Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, including seven years in Chicago & New York, before joining Toho Zinc CO., Ltd. in 2011.



Mr. Minoru Tada is a graduate of Tokyo University with a Bachelor of Economics and has a MBA from Dartmouth College, U.S.A.. Mr, Tada joined Mitsubishi Corporation in 1972 and held a series of executive roles in Japan, U.S.A. and Brazil before joining Toho Zinc in 2011 where he is currently a Director and Audit and Supervisory Committee Member.



Mr. Hideki Nakagawa is a graduate of Tokyo University, Faculty of Law and has a MBA from University of Leicester, U.K. Mr, Nakagawa joined Mitsubishi Corporation in 1982 and held a series of executive roles in Japan, U.K., U.S.A., and the Philippines before joining Toho Zinc in 2017 where he is currently a Executive Officer, General Manager, Mineral Resources Business Division and General Manager, Procurement Control Department.
