Rasp Blasting Schedule

 The Rasp Mine Environment Protection Licence (12559) and Project Approval (PA07_0018) permit production blasting to occur anytime between 6.45 am and 7.15 pm on any day and development blasting to occur at any time.

Production blasting is scheduled between 6.45 am to 7.15 am and 6.45 pm to 7.15 pm on any day. The majority of development blasts are also scheduled at these times to take advantage of shift changes. On rare occasions independent development blasts may occur during day shift or night shift.

Wednesday 19th of June 2019



BHO will fire a Production Stope Blast at 6:45pm for 5,354t on the 19th of June 2019 located at Rasp Operations – WM 18L 142 UH SHOT 2


The Blast has been modelled to comply with Blasting Overpressure and Vibration conditions.


The Call home log has been checked on blasthub, all the required Overpressure and Vibration monitors have called in today and are operational for the anticipated firing.
